Mexican Rice
1 Tablespoon of Oil
3/4 cup of rice
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch of oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1Tablespoon of Chicken Bouillon
8 oz can of tomato sauce
2 cups of warm chicken broth
Salt to taste
Simmer for 10 minutes then cover and turn to slow and cook for 15 minutes

American Goulash - this is the full recipe
- 2 lbs grounds beef ( I only used one pound of ground beef)
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 medium green pepper (I did not use this in the video)
- 3 tsp garlic
- 3 cups beef broth ( I did not use this because I cooked my pasta separately)
- 1 (24 oz) jar pasta sauce ( I only used 2 8 oz cans of tomatoes sauce)
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tsp black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups macaroni pasta ( only did 2 cups of pasta)
- 1 3/4 cups of cheese to top the dish
