Have you ever wished cookies were healthy? Well now they are! If you're vegan, gluten-free or just interested in eating healthy without sacrificing taste these cookies will knock your socks off. They are some of the best cookies I've ever made and you're surely going to like them just as much as I do. You can substitute peanut butter or any other nut or seed butter for the almond butter I use if you prefer.
