A very happy Lunar New Year to you and yours! This is a year of the dragon and I can't think of a better way to celebrate the Lunar New Year weekend with a celebratory feast! And it gets better because this is a Chinese Buffet with Dim Sum and Seafood congee along with a selection of roasts and potstickers; and to help me tackle this mammoth meal I have my good friend Kristine joining me.

While it's not a Vegas style buffet all the dishes and offerings were top notch. Here's to a health and happy new year to you all!
