Got a call that the Roof top unit would try and start for the commercial space and then it would shut off. Pretty quick to indentify the issue on arrival! The condenser fan motor had seized up. Upon replacement of the motor it was determined by the owner of the space to replace the unit.

With having a rescue motor 4-1 stocked on the truck went ahead and rellplaced the motor and a new capacitor to get the system up and running in the mean time!!
