I've wanted to visit Morocco for a long time so when BMW invited me to join a trip to Marrakesh for the launch of the all new BMW X3, it didn't take long to think about it! Now in its third generation, the X3 30d xDrive that I find myself driving is more than capable of the journey to the Atlas mountains on an exploration of a breathtaking area. It makes me think though, will there be a time I decide to purchase such an SUV?

Featuring many technological features from the G30 5 Series, the chassis of which is used as the base of the X3, and of course xDrive AWD throughout the model range, the new car is updated, enhanced and loaded with features for comfort and safety.

The hotel as the base for the event was the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech, and I just had to take you on a small tour of the private villa that I had for my 'room'!
