材料清單:
杏仁瓦片
(大概2.5盤。烤盤:16.5吋長x10.5吋寬)

2顆 全蛋
70克 蛋白
155克 糖
70克 融化的奶油
70克 低筋麵粉
400克 杏仁片



用150C/300F烤大概20分鐘,或直到金黃色
餅乾會在完全冷卻後變脆,請趁熱切成想要的形狀
(舖麵糊的時候杏仁片不重疊成品會更酥脆)

Almond Florentine Brittle / Almond Lace Cookies
(Yield about 2.5 pans。Baking pan size: 16.5"x10.5")

2 Whole eggs
70g Egg whites
155g Sugar
70g Melted butter
70g Cake flour
400g Sliced almond



Bake at150C/300Ffor about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
The cookies will become crispy when cooled down completely.
So, cut into the shape you desired while it's still hot.
(Not to overlap the almond while spreading the batter will give you the result of crispier cookies.)
