I chatted with the former United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara on Instagram Live. We discussed President Trump's failing election legal strategy with Rudy Giuliani. “I think it backfired on him a bit,” Preet said. “I think with some people the fact he loses again and again by judges who were appointed by him and other Republicans makes it hard to make the argument that he’s been robbed.”

Preet also talked about what he thinks Trump’s ultimate goal is. “Trump’s goal is not to have the most power or to be president,” he said. “His goal was to be the most talked about person on the planet and he achieved that.”
