[Ingredients]
- Gimbap seaweed, ham, pickled radish, 5 eggs

[Gimbap Making]
1. Slice the carrots, and chop the ham and pickled radish.
2. Stir-fry the ham and carrots over medium heat.
3. Add a little salt and 1T of rice wine to the eggs, then beat them well. Put a little cooking oil in a pan and fry the eggs over low heat.
4. In a bowl, mix one and a half bowls of rice, a little salt, and 1T of sesame oil evenly.
5. Cut the seaweed into 4 pieces and spread the rice a little wider.
6. Place the ingredients on the rice and roll it up.
7. Lastly, lightly brush sesame oil on top and sprinkle sesame seeds. This will complete the delicious mini gimbap!

[Ingredients]
Cheese, ham, pickled radish, burdock, imitation crab meat, washed kimchi, eggs, rice

[How to make gimbap]
1. Stir-fry the ham and imitation crab meat on medium heat without oil.
2. Grease the pan and make a thin omelet with the beaten eggs.
3. Add salt and sesame oil to the rice and mix well.
4. Place a rice paddle on the seaweed and spread the rice evenly.
5. Place the ingredients on top and roll the gimbap tightly.
6. Brush sesame oil on the gimbap and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

[Ingredients]
Five eggs
Imitation crab meat
4 sheets of washed kimchi
Green onion
Crunchy pickled radish
320g of brown rice

[How to make]
1. Finely chop the green onion and washed kimchi, and tear the imitation crab meat into small pieces by hand.
2. In a bowl, mix 5 eggs, 4 pinches of salt, and 2 spoons of rice wine, then add the chopped ingredients and mix well.
3. Grease the pan, pour in the egg mixture, and roll it slowly when the bottom is cooked.
4. Remove the moisture from the pickled radish and mix it well with 320g of brown rice, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds in a bowl.
5. Place the seaweed on top of a bamboo mat with the rough side facing up, and evenly spread a handful of rice on it.

[Ingredients]
- 130g cabbage
- 60g red cabbage
- 36g green onions
- a little carrot
- seaweed
- imitation crab meat
- burdock for gimbap
- pickled radish for gimbap
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine
- salt
- pepper

[Instructions]

1. Slice the cabbage and red cabbage thinly with a mandoline.
2. Thoroughly wash the cabbage and remove excess water.
3. In a bowl, mix 4 eggs, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, and pepper.
4. Add a little cabbage, finely chopped green onions, and a small amount of carrot, and mix well.

[ Ingredients]
- 300g tteokbokki rice cakes
- 80g of green onions
- 150g of fishcake


[Seasoning Ingredients]
- Half a tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1 spoonful of red pepper paste
- 3 spoons of fine chili powder
- 1 spoonful of Cheongyang chili powder
- 3 spoons of organic brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 500ml of anchovy kelp broth


[How to Make Spicy Sweet Tteokbokki]
1. Soak the tteokbokki in water for 10 minutes.
2. Slice the green onions and cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces, then rinse them in hot water.
3. Put the seasoning ingredients in a pan and fry them together with 50ml of anchovy kelp broth.
4. When the sauce boils, add the tteokbokki and fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add 500ml of anchovy kelp broth and boil until the broth reduces by about a third.
6. Add the fish cake, green onions, and boiled egg, and boil until the broth reduces by half.
