As I journey to FET day, I want to share what I eat in a day for fertility. A big part of preparing my body for the FET is nutrition specific to fertility. So welcome to what I eat in a day to help boost fertility and help my body prepare for the embryo transfer.

This is a pretty good representation of what I typically eat in a day right now for my fertility health. Food is medicine and I believe that eating nutrient dense foods focused on vitamins and minerals proven to improve fertility can make a huge difference in a successful FET and in a successful pregnancy.

Maybe you gain some inspiration and meal ideas of your own from watching what I eat in a day for fertility. I hope this video helps you in your fertility diet. And if you're not looking to get pregnant, I hope you still enjoy the video because the meals I eat are delicious, easy, and healthy! Eating a healthy diet based on mainly whole foods is essential to fertility health.
