Welcome to the brand new MTB trails at Glentress! The Glentress masterplan trails are here and they are amazing.

Glentress forest has about 4 decades worth of mountain bike trail history. It was made famous in the MTB world when the 7 Stanes Trail Centre was created. More recently it hosted the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships.

The big news is that in 2023 Glentress has brand new MTB trails that will add a 17km route onto the existing trail network. The new trails at Glentress consist of blue, red and black taster routes. There are also blue, red and black main descents.

The new mountain biking trails offer a very different riding experience, with the introduction of big flow trails and sizeable jumps to progress on.

So what are you waiting for? Get yourself to Scotland's newest trails!
