January 21st is National Squirrel Appreciation Day, a day for celebration of the furry rodent created by wildlife rehabilitation specialist Christy Hargrove in 2001. While some people consider squirrels to be cutest of all the members of the Sciuridae family, your host is not one of those people. Lewis believes they are a menace to the planet and may be the downfall of society.

Note: In this video Lewis makes some comments suggesting that squirrels transmit and succumb to rabies. They are not in fact carriers of rabies and the implication that they are rabid is meant figuratively.
