Jamala McFadden of The Employment Law Solution: McFadden Davis received a Commitment to Equality Award on May 23, 2019.

The Commitment to Equality Awards, which also includes the Randolph Thrower Lifetime Achievement Award, recognize the efforts of lawyers and legal employers that are deeply committed to providing opportunities that foster a more diverse legal profession for members of underrepresented groups in Georgia. The awards are presented annually to lawyers and legal employers that, over the course of a decade or more, have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to promoting diversity in the legal profession. The awards are open to the entire Georgia community.
