Sept 22nd, 2023. Solo on the Restigouche, thinking about how to run Gilmore Rapids - spoiler alert, stay to the right for best waves!! Water level was 1.4m and the flow was 75 m3/sec. I've run these 15+ times from 0.75m to 2.3m and these were the best waves to date.
