Hey guys! Today I am showing you all my preferred method for roasting a chicken. I like to do a method called spatchocking, where you prepare the bird in such a way that it all cooks completely evenly. One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that you should cook the chicken to 150 degrees at the thickest part of the breasts, a timer will be inaccurate due to the differences in weights of different chickens.
