The driver taking the video was unable to stop due to company Hazmat policy. A copy of the video was apparently sent to Allied's safety department. Great save by the driver and unfortunate for Allied, probably ruined his day.

QUESTION: With a hazmat load are you REQUIRED to stop or are you NOT ALLOWED?
