Today is the World Mental Health Day.

A couple of days ago I received a message from an acquaintance, asking if she could interview me.

"You are in a job you love, and have hobbies you are passionate for. You must be so happy, both time at work and off work, doing things you truly enjoy. Aren't you?"

The very minute I received that message, I was having some headache with both work and personal matters. I almost laughed out loud when I read what she wrote.

But it is true.

Her message reminded me of the things that motivated me to be in those endeavours in the first place. Job, hobby, fun projects. I have arrived at a very, very privileged place that allows me to explore and experiment, to create and share, to receive feedback from the universe and charge forward or course correct accordingly.

Challenges come and go. Things will always evolve, good or bad.

I thought I'd share a little film I made a while ago. It's my new form of journaling. And this one, is a glimpse of my Freediving story.

We don't have to be perfect. It's important that we try. Explore, in both the external and internal world. Experiment, even if we make mistakes along the way. Learn, and find even one small step closer to our true self, as that will be one step closer to the inner peace and happiness you deserve.
