I tried different Dremel tips for removing the seams on latex castings. The grinding tips were too aggressive and tore up the flashing or caught the surface.

I tried the nylon brush tip and it worked well too.

But the felt polishing tip acted like an eraser on paper on the flashing edge and random bumps and bubbles formed in the casting.
