On Feb 19, 1994 fumes from Gloria Ramirez's death in Riverside General Hospital's emergency room caused doctors and nurses to become ill and pass out. The ER was evacuated, staff members were themselves hospitalized, some with lasting mysterious ailments. Although an 'alien autopsy' was performed on her at the time, years later the mystery of exactly what happened that night still persists.
