A brief walk through the crowd at Melbourne's Midsummer Gay/Lesbian Carnival. This event is held every January as part of Melbourne's pride festival. It's held in Alexander Gardens, a short walk from Melbourne's CBD / Downtown.

There are performers, shows, booths and family friendly events. Most people take along food/drinks and enjoy a picnic in the park.
