I bought a lot of mega cap stocks during the correction of 2023 and the bear market of 2022. But the current stock market conditions are compelling me to sell stocks here. I'm not predicting a huge stock market crash just yet, but the S&P 500 yield is now 3.4% and risk free assets like money market funds and treasuries are starting to look attractive.

More importantly, peak rates with a peaking stock market is historically a terrible combination as we saw in 2000, 2007, and we are in a similar position now.
