Throughout our history, we have been fortunate to have a talented female workforce here at Gibson. Most famously, the "Kalamazoo Gals" developed and built the coveted Banner J-45 in the 1940s, and since then, that workforce has continued to grow into a fleet of gifted luthiers working in our factories today.
