Maserati GranTurismo S actually has a maximum speed of 303 km/h, but in the Forza Horizon 4 game, it accelerates very slowly from the beginning of 200 km/h. Even if you squeeze it out, it's just 250 on a straight road. I haven't even used the 6th gear.
