June 6, 2023 on The Story: Researchers at Portland State University just released their first report in a 3-year study of Measure 110 and its outcomes. This report, in particular, looks at how law enforcement officers view the measure and how it has affected the criminal justice system. Surprising no one, their outlook is pretty bleak. Tonight we're going to go through the report and talk to one of the PSU researchers about what it can tell us while the rest of this research continues.
