President Joe Biden delivers his first remarks since the U.S. completed its withdrawal from Afghanistan, drawing to a close the 20-year war that outlasted three presidents before him.

The final C-17 military cargo plane took off Monday from Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, where more than 120,000 U.S. citizens, Afghan allies and others had been evacuated over the past month. Fewer than 200 Americans are still seeking evacuation, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said.
