For All Mankind season 2 episode 6 has been released on Apple TV+. We picked up with the Soviet space program arriving in Houston to plan the Apollo Soyuz mission. Margo Madison
(Wrenn Schmidt) and Thomas Paine (Dan Donohue) find that neither side wants to cooperate. This means Margo will have to find a way to make things work since the mission is moving forward one way or another.

In episode 6 Gordo Stevens (Michael Dorman) makes it clear that he wants to get his ex-wife Tracy (Sarah Jones) back when he returns to the moon. He visits her current husband Sam and makes his intentions known. Tracy is warming up to the Marines at Jamestown, and her piloting skills may be necessary in their upcoming mission to take back the mining site the Soviets took over.

In episode 6 Karen (Shantel VanSanten) and Ed (Joel Kinnaman) are asked by Kelly (Cynthy Wu) why they adopted her. We learn that she was a part of Operation Babylift, and that the Baldwins were separated at the time mourning their son Shane’s death. Ed also is flying simulation missions with his Pathfinder crew.

Episode 6 sees Ellen (Jodi Balfour) and Pam discuss their future. Pam doesn’t trust Ellen, but it’s clear that the astronaut wants to commit to their relationship. She tells her husband Larry that she wants to be with Pam, and after some hesitation he gives her his blessing.

Tensions are high between NASA and the Soviet space program. Dani (Krys Marshall) spends time with the cosmonauts, and they eventually start to bond. Margo also works with the Soviet program leader Sergei, and they are able to work out the problems with the docking mechanism with the help of Aleida.
