In August 2023, home sales in Dutchess  County  NY fell by 13.2 percent compared to August 2022.   This August, 171 homes were sold, whereas 197  homes were sold last August
The current sales dollar volume fell 15.9 percent to $ 88,158,183 compared to $104,786,524 at the same time last year.

Of the single-family detached homes sold, six sold above a million dollars. The price range of all the sales was $65,000 to $3,200,000. Built between 1860 and 2023, these homes had square feet from 390 to 6,822.
