This is my favorite recipe for Apple Pie made from scratch! Juicy apple slices coated in sugar and cinnamon and then baked to perfection inside a homemade pie crust.

Ingredientes for Crust
- Pastry Flour 320 Gr. (2 1/2 Cups)
- Sugar 1 Tbsp.
- Pinch of Salt
- Unsalted Butter 200 Gr. (1/2 lb.)
- Cold Water 100 Ml. (7 Tbsp.)

Ingredients for Filling
- Green Apple 5 u.
- Cinnamon 1 Tbsp.
- Unsalted Butter 100 Gr. (8 Tbsp.)
- All Purpose Flour 30 Gr. (3 Tbsp.)
- Water 60 Ml. (1/4 Cup)
- Sugar 180 Gr. (1 Cup)

Egg wash
- One Egg
- Water 1 Tbsp.
