One year ago to the day I met Apollo.
I begged my mum for months and months to get Leon a little sibling. She’s morally against having more than one cat out of fear that her thousands of coats may be plagued with cat fur. She eventually caved.
Apollo is the sweetest, most endearing and loyal animal I’ve ever met. Every one in our social circle quietly agreed to not give Apollo any attention so he would be fully and wholly mine. It paid off to an extent. He knows I’m his human.
Up until quite recently I don’t think I was fully aware of his mutual feelings. We go on walks every so often (which he absolutely loves), and sometimes when he runs towards me or rubs against my legs, his tail shakes, almost shivers. I thought it meant he was just excited, but it turns out it actually means that he is crazy over whoever he’s walking towards. Which. Made me really happy :”)I could rant about him for hours, he’s the perfect companion for me. He can be completely deranged and sassy, but he’s perfect. Last week I was up until 1:30am searching the streets for him, and it turned out he thought I was playing. The other day I set up his blankets on my bed to go to sleep, but he decided a plastic bag on the floor was more comfortable. But he eventually snuggled into the covers. And he’s very polite with the sweetest voice. He greets me every day when I come home from school. He knows how to calm me down when I’m anxious or panicking. He’s perfect.

Aside from the gushing about my cat, this was a fun project, something I didn’t feel very stressed to finish. Tried out some effects. Otherwise that’s it! Hope you’re all well!
