It was a really hot summer day today, but I headed into the cool woods. As I walked along the slow-flowing small stream, the cool breeze and the sound of the water surrounded my ears with pleasure. Sit under the shade of a tree and enjoy the light breeze. The sunlight filtering through the leaves warmly embraced me, and I felt relieved from my usual stress as my heart sank in the serenity of this moment. I had a leisurely time soaking my feet in the cool water. Spending time in such a comfortable and quiet place is truly a great happiness for me. Although it is summer, I am very fortunate to be able to feel the coolness and rest in the forest.
