It’s Week 11 of Dave Cam’s Done & Dusted Series and this time around the genial Northerner is driving the Mazda MX-5 at VIRginia International Raceway.
The USP of Dave’s latest series is that he has to drive a different vehicle every week - from GT3 machines to single-seaters, he’s driven the full gamut of iRacing’s offerings in the last ten weeks. Will the plucky Japanese sportscar turn out to be a highlight, however?
It started out well for Dave – he secured pole position for the split two race and he’s feeling confident of grabbing a good result. What can possibly go wrong?
As it turns out, quite a lot...
Watch to see how Dave Cam got on in the penultimate race of his Done & Dusted Series, and for a lesson in not apportioning blame in the heat of the moment...
