After their father passed away this family was left with some rental properties that really needed some attention. This is one of the vacant homes they own and it was very overgrown and needed some tlc. They are trying to sell the houses and my hope is that by helping them with a little curb appeal they will be able to do so. Two days after mowing this overgrown lawn they reached out to me to let me know they had received a letter from the city about their lawn. I was so happy to be able to help them and we have a few more on the books to help this family out in a very trying time.
