80g cocoa
400 ml milk
bring to a boil
100g butter
Ring 20cm
Place in the refrigerator until hardened
2 g gelatin, 10 ml cold water
180 g chocolate, 100 ml cream (33-36%)
heat to melt the chocolate
Melt the swollen gelatine
Place in the refrigerator until hardened
This no-bake chocolate cake is very soft and delicious!
