This is not a complete list of all breeds of ornamental poultry, but it is what is popular in my area. In addition to all poultry that is recognized and exhibited at exhibitions, newer breeds that are in the process of being recognized should also be added. In addition, there are additional new colors that need to be recognized for already recognized breeds of decorative chickens.

In addition to the option of being raised as ornamental chickens, some of these breeds can also be raised for meat or egg production. Of course, there are also mixed breeds that have a balanced ratio of meat and eggs that is obtained from them.
