YOU MUST HAVE THE REAR SEAT POWER INVERTER OUTLET OPTION INSTALLED FOR THIS TO WORK. Most people already have the 110 outlet in the back seat but if you don' you will need more than the parts listed below for this to work.

So the video makes it look easy and it wasn't too difficult. You can purchase the parts you need from mopar to install the factory 110 inverter outlet in the bed of your gladiator. I tried to keep the video short but i learned a lot on the install. don't hesitate to ask questions in the comments below.
