On February 15, 2024, the Supreme Court of India struck down the controversial #electoralbonds Scheme as 'unconstitutional'.

Following the scrapping of Electoral Bonds, Down To Earth unearthed a few #environmental #violators who also donated funds to certain #political parties through these bonds, after the Election Commission of India released the data of the buyers and the donors, submitted by the State Bank of India.
