This workshop will address some of the most pressing questions workers have as we enter our third month of life during this pandemic: If my workplace reopens but I don’t think it is safe to return to work, will I lose my unemployment? I am not eligible for unemployment, are there any other options for income replacement?

Bet Tzedek’s Employment Rights Project (ERP) has run a weekly clinic that takes calls from workers throughout Los Angeles County. An ERP Staff Attorney will present on the common questions workers are asking at their clinic, provide updates on the current status of unemployment assistance, and answer your questions.
