In which I unbox my new Janome Memory Craft 9850 sewing and embroidery machine and talk a little about it (and a little about myself). I bought it from Costco to replace a Brother XR3340 that finally failed. A sewing machine repairman friend said the Brother wouldn't last long and he recommended the Janome as a good replacement.
