This is a walk through of movements and transitions that can help increase our mobility and flexibility in the back of the legs, inner thigh and importantly the ankles! With time and practice I think these movements can help gain depth in shapes like Malasana(yogi squat) and skandasana(side lunge) and down word dog - specifically if you’re looking to get the heels down in these shapes.
