The VO2 max test is a test to measure your body's engine, a.k .a. the cardiorespiratory system. It has been around for a while, but in this video, I cover the top 5 reasons why you should take VO2 max test and how it will affect your training and nutrition.

Most importantly, knowing your VO2 max test will allow you to understand your limits as well as your levels of fitness so that there is no room for guesswork, training, and injuries. Aside from training, it can help you form a nutrition plan for optimal performance.
