Can you do yoga after an embryo transfer?
YES!
Actually I'd even go a step further and suggest you SHOULD do yoga after your embryo transfer. A gentle restorative yoga class is going to help you breathe a little deeper and relax during this no doubt stressful time.
After transfer it can feel like everything is on the line. It's your body that's making this baby, yet you really have no control over whether it happens, or not. This uncertainty can make anxiety unbearable and this is where yoga comes in.

Yoga can help to give you a positive focus through visualisations and affirmations and also help to gently move some of the stress out of the body at this time.
