It's so delicious that I make it almost everyday! Incredible simple and delicious

Ingredients and recipe:
470g Pork loin
Cover with plastic wrap
Flatten the pork with a mallet
Make small cuts on the edge of the pork
15ml cooking wine
30ml soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
Salt
Black pepper
3tbsp corn starch
1/2tsp baking powder
Mix well
Vegetable oil
Medium heat
Place the meat in the oil
Fry for about 3 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes
Remove from the oil
Repeat
Done!
