American professional eater Randy Santel versus Pav's "Hebron Heart Attack" Quadruple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge w/ loaded "Irish" Fries and an extra Greek gyro, hosted by Pav's All-American Grill in Hebron, Indiana just southeast of the Chicago metro area!! On my way back up to my house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I stopped in Hebron, Indiana so I could attempt the "Hebron Heart Attack" Quad Burger Challenge at Pav's Place (Pav's Restaurant) which has been beaten by a few of my competitive eating friends. I had just 30 minutes to eat four bacon cheeseburgers stacked up and served with a large order of Pav's Loaded "Irish" Fries. Each burger consisted of a 1/2 pound beef hamburger patty topped with fried mozzarella cheese sticks, 2 strips of bacon, and some marinara sauce, with a full hamburger bun. The "Irish" Fries were loaded with cheese sauce, ranch dressing, bacon bits, and chives. Just for fun, I added a full Greek gyro from Pav's menu, not including the side of fries it usually comes with. The extra gyro was just optional. I was trying to win my $37 "Heart Attack" Burger Challenge meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Pav's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to Jose the owner and everyone with Pav's Place / Pav's Restaurant in Hebron, Indiana for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all our amazing friends who came up that Monday evening to watch and meet us!!
