White flour is a great basic dry good that is a wonderful addition to your home food storage plan. The problem is that white flour has a shorter shelf life than other basic staples like white rice, dry beans, rolled oats, and wheat berries.

In this video, we bake bread out of flour that is 28 years old, 19 years old, and fresh white flour. The bread mixer that I use is a Bosch Universal Mixer and I seriously LOVE it! You can find it here https://shrsl.com/3c4zv. I'm not a fan of the blender attachment but the food processor attachment works great.
