How do you support trans, non-binary and genderfluid people at work?

Dr. Anna Kane of Zest Psychology, and Dr. Lilith A. Whiley, Senior Lecturer in Occupational and Organisational Psychology (Management) at the University of Sussex Business School, co-created a video based on Dr. Whiley's commissioned research with the NHS. The video, supported by the Business School's Engagement Facilitation Fund, aims to help organisations and business managers and anyone with people management responsibilities from various sectors.
