I upgraded a $600 electric mountain bike from Walmart (Hyper E-Ride 29er) with $2300 in parts and am calling it #ProjectBanshee. After two months in the build process, I finally got to ride it on the trail! I don't have a motor display yet, so I ran the motor at max power for the entire ride.
