We replaced the shades on all 14 of our windows. The entire project took us about half a day to remove the old blinds, touch up paint, and install the new shades. We had already ditched all of the window valances long ago 😁

These shades provide better temperature regulation and privacy in our RV.

Here's what you'll need for this project 🛠

🧰 Tape measure- both for ordering your new shades and to evenly place the brackets for install

🧰 Power Drill- to remove old blinds and screw in the brackets for the new ones

🧰 Level- to make sure you're hanging them level

🧰 A spouse/friend/helper- if you have multiple brackets for wider shades it really helps to have two people to steady them to clip them in.

What kind of window coverings do you have in your RV?
