麵包體(Bread)
130g 高筋麵粉 (Bread Flour)
1 tsp 糖 (Sugar)
79ml 水 (Water)
1/4 tsp 速發酵母 (Instant Yeast)
10g 室溫軟化無鹽奶油 (Soften room temperature
unsalted butter)
1/8tsp 鹽 (salt)

菠蘿皮(酥皮 crust)
37g 軟化無鹽奶油 Soften unsalted butter
35g 糖粉 powdered sugar
8g 奶粉 Milk powder
18g 全蛋液 egg liquid

蔬果粉(Food coloring powder)
*粉紅 小於1/16 tsp
pink less than 1/16 tsp
*紅麴粉 小於1/16tsp
Red less than 1/16tsp
*黃色 小於 1/16 tsp
Yellow less than 1/16tsp
*藍色 1/8 tsp (blue)
*可可粉 1/4 tsp (Cocoa powder)
*膚色:1/8tsp 紅+1/4 tsp 黃
Skin color: 1/8 tsp red + 1/4 tsp yellow.

烘焙時間:Baking time
375 F =190C 12-14分鐘(mins)
記得烘烤5分鐘後蓋是鋁箔紙防上色
