Homemade Ice Cream Recipe
1. put milk (1 cup) and corn syrup(1/3 cup) in a pot
2. boil the milk 5-10 minutes
3. add 1 cup of whipped cream into the pot
4. let it stand for 30 minute-natural cool-down.
5. add 0.5 cup of whipped cream into the pot
6. put it in the freezer (~-20oC) for 30 minutes
7. Take it out from the freezer and stir slowly 1-2 minute and put it back in the freezer.
8. do step 6/7 every 20 minutes three times
9. you can add a blended fruit or gelatin into the milk before step 6 if you want.
10. enjoy your homemade ice cream
