This video compares the different breakdown structures, i.e. product breakdown structure (PBS), work breakdown structure (WBS), resource breakdown structure (RBS), and the organizational breakdown structure (OBS). An example for each of the breakdown structures are also discussed.
Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) = breaks down the final product into components or deliverables.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) = breaks down all the work required to create a product or service.
Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS) = identifies all the resources needed to complete a product or service.
Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) = describes the teams responsible for delivering a project or describe the entire organization.
