The Kashmiri community of Southall and vicinity held a peaceful gathering outside Abu Bakr Mosque Friday 9 August 2019.

It was to condemn the revoking of Article 370 & 35A by Indian government which diminishes Jammu & Kashmir territorial integrity.

They plan to protest outside the Indian Embassy in London on Thursday 15 August 2019 and will set off at 11 am from outside Abu Bakar Mosque.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said "All the citizens will be given their rights".
What rights?

Tens of thousands of EXTRA troops were sent to Kashmir to ensure that ALL the citizens are SILENCED and prevented from even coming out of their homes.

India has “detained hundreds of people including politicians, activists and academics in makeshift centres in an effort to quell protests.”

Is that granting them rights or taking their rights away?
